Each week staring on Monday we have a new set of videos available for you to purchase. For $39 you will have access to 3 full body workouts and one stretch class.
You will have access to the videos when you want, as much as you want through Sunday at midnight. On Friday's we open up the option to purchase individual videos of your choice for only $17 and you will have access to it until Sunday at midnight.
These are at home Megaformer on the mat workouts that give you that slow controlled full body shake safely in your home. It will all be props you can find around your house [but if you have a small resistance band it can increase the intensity for some exercises!].
