WHAT WE DO
CHI50 is a total body, 50 minute workout that incorporates the state of the art Megaformer machine that will push you past your comfort zone and leave you feeling inspired.
Utilizing the Lagree Fitness™ Method, we effectively combine core, endurance, cardio, balance, strength, and flexibility training in every move leaving you feeling longer, leaner, and toned.
CLASSES WE OFFER
With only 10 machines we are able to assist you and provide modifications and adjustments for our beginners and advanced students alike.
Our signature 50 minute class full of high intensity, low impact strength training on the revolutionary Megaformer machine.
Through a full body workout, we will push you to your limits to find muscles that you never knew you had.
All levels welcome.
MEGA ABS & ARMS
This is a specialty 30 minute class designed to target you from the waist up!
Focused on the core, obliques, arms, chest and back it will be an intense 30 minutes to tone and sculpt that upper body and core.
This is a 55 minute advanced level class for our regular CHI50 clients who are ready to kick it up a notch!
As a requirement for registration, you must have taken a minimum of 55 classes at our studio.
Come ready for a full 55 minutes of quick transitions, extreme shaking and lots of sweat!
